This is a list of companies or individuals we believe bring our industry into disrepute with their unethical or dishonest behavior. We strongly advise no-one does business with them on any level.
The offences range from:
(1) Selling machines under fake specs.
(2) Changing " made in China " labels on machines to European countries to jack up the price.
(3) Flicking off machines that have failed tests to the disabled.
(4) Highly anti-competitive dishonest marketing.
(5) Taking an order and money, no machine ever delivered.
(6) Not fulfilling warranty obligations, or selling non- commercial machines to businesses.
(7) Fabricating endorsements.
... plus many, many more actions only con-artists would agree with.
Only the worst of the worst make this list and it is our attempt at protecting the consumer, and indeed our own industry from them. Not everybody on the list committed every offence, but their pattern of behavior all show them to be enemies of the consumer. Please help our industry grow into something to be proud of and support our boycott.
