Why do my jeans feel tighter?

This is a question I hear often from Woman that are already relatively thin, just looking to "tone up" " I am working out so why do my jeans feel tighter"?   These Woman say their legs have not gotten larger ( a tape measure clearly shows this ) , and they have much better shape than before, but their favorite pair of jeans feel tight and restrictive.

Well this is simply down to the change in body composition that you get from Vibration Training. Before you start Vibration Training, unless you have been a committed gym goer, lifting weights every day for years, your muscle would have had low "tone"  AKA "Sarcopenic" = lose muscle with low quality. Muscle like this and fat have something in common. They can both be compressed easily. So when you get into a pair of your favorite tight jeans, which just happens to be made of a material with zero give ( it cant stretch )  it slightly compresses that fat and muscle.

By increasing the muscle quality it can no longer be compressed. Your muscles noticeably feel harder but your jeans "feel" tighter. But it is just that, a feeling. On the outside the jeans and your legs look just as good. If not better because they now have shape.

Note: Sometimes the fat around the muscle is not burnt off at the exact same rate as the muscle quality increases. This inside pressure can also make your legs feel bigger or tighter. But it will equal itself out in time. Just a process the body has to go through to get to the end goal, and trust me it is well worth it.

What you do not do is panic and stop training
( a big mistake I get to see from time to time ) .  For someone who is educated and understands the metamorphosis the body has to go through, it is very frustrating to see someone give up because of a simple incorrect perception.

Another reason you want this change to take place ....

High quality muscle burns fat 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, even while resting, plus it burns more energy when you exercise than low quality muscle. In fact it has so many positives it would take a book to explain them all. You also look way better in a bikini than someone with low tone, which is good for everybody concerned in my opinion.  Nothing worse than a Woman that looks hot in jeans, but not good out of them.  Right ?
